Mi trovavo in Trentino per i mercatini nel borgo di rango . Ho ordinato i canederli, una prelibatezza . Erano finiti quelli allo speck , ci hanno detto che li avrebbero preparati misti ma alla fine della fiera erano solo al formaggio, buonissimi ma avrei voluto assaggiarli tutti purtoppo . Tra qualche giorno aprirò la bellissima sacher che ho in frigo e sono sicura sarà buonissima
Una bellissima esperienza. Conoscevamo già il negozio e ci siamo tornati dopo tre anni e abbiamo trovato un assortimento di prodotti senza glutine pazzesco. Dai freschi ai prodotti da forno, dal salato al dolce... Tutto estremamente buono. Se siete in zona passateci ne vale veramente la pena.
Siamo capitati qui per caso. Abbiamo preso la Lasagna di verdure, al ragù, i canederli lo strudel e i biscotti di frolla. TUTTO BUONISSIMO!! Se capitate in zona ve lo consiglio, non rimarrete delusi! Anche la signora gentilissima
Novità. Per ora ho provato solo i savoiardi e son molto buoni anche se avrei preferito trovare 'uova' tra i primi 2/3 ingredienti perché i savoiardi veri ed artigianali hanno in ordine % decrescente: tuorli; zucchero; albumi; farina e fecola. Questi invece hanno nell'ordine fecola; farina di riso; amido di mais; destrosio; addensanti; E64; farina di semi di guar; lievito; e solo alla fine uova e zucchero. L'ordine in merceologia indica la % quindi i primi 2 da soli sono il 90% del totale. Per vantare un nome di pasticceria artigianale per i miei gusti usate prodotti al risparmio e simil-industriale. Cmq buon inizio!

Wow. Abbiamo comprato un po' di prodotti per assaggiare i prodotti tipici di trentino alto Adige. Tutto che abbiamo preso era di ottima qualità e che bontà. Peccato che non viviamo più vicino. Potevano essere i clienti migliori. Peccato anche che non abbiamo fatto più scorta di questi buonissimi prodotti artigianali. Più buon strudel, pane, focaccia, tiramisu, crepes ... Grazie
